A "How To" Website

This recipe is a must for anybody with small kids! It is non toxic and can be used over and over again.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup water
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon oil
1/3 cup salt
Food colouring

Mix all ingredients in a pan, adding food colouring last.
Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes doughy in consistency.
Remove from pan and knead until blended smooth.
Place in a plastic bag or airtight container when cooled.

Not edible. Will last for a long time (up to 3 months unrefrigerated).
